All prepaid print orders are subject to a period of two days from the day you receive the prints to qualify for a full refund in case you don't like them.After this period no refunds will be issued.
No claims in regards of missing prints will be accepted after one week from the time you receive your order.
Late print orders are subject to £ 5.00 extra fee for processing and delivery to the school.
Data protection is implemented to protect the schools, churches and any institution where photography takes place.
Parents and carers must give full consent for the children's photos to be on my website along with the children that took part in the event or session shown or under sales or digital downloads.
If you don't wish your child to be photographed, please let me know in advance to refrain from doing so.
PUBLIC EVENTS.
I a public event were many people are attending your picture could end directly or indirectly be in some photo. I have no control over this happening. I can't guarantee you not being in a picture. If you think that accidentally you are, but not willing to be portrayed, please let me know.
FREE DOWNLOADS IN CHILDREN EVENTS.
I advise restrain downloading as much as you can only download photos were your child appears.
The misuse of any photo where another child that is not yours is in the picture, you could be liable for breaching the data protection act. The photos are intended for personal use and as a record of the event.
Digital downloads are only available using a private password for security purposes that will be provided when you receive the prints or a written notice for an event.
It is impossible to place orders on my website or to download digital files unless you agree with the terms and conditions.
All activity is monitored and is traced, to avoid the unlawful use of contents. Trespassers could be prosecuted.
All photographs for sale will have a heavy watermark on my website that will disappear after you buy them and download the digital files.
Only people accepting the terms and conditions on my website will be allowed to gain access and buy from it.
It is understood that if you click on the terms and conditions you are giving full consent for your child to be photographed and displayed on my website with the securities above explained.
